Linda Walker
On police protection from harassment and vandalism

Linda Walker was a special needs teacher in Manchester. Her life was fairly straightforward until she became incensed by the level of vandalism and harassment she was experiencing at the hands of some local boys.Ìý

Linda confronted a group of teenagers with an air gun and rifle and was jailed for six months. The national outcry was huge and her sentence was reduced on appeal. Now she’s been cleared to teach again, Jenni finds out why she’s calling on the police to do more to protect people from the kind of abuse she suffered.
