Ìý Soy and the Menopause Monday 15 April 2002 Ìý
Soy has long been considered good for many aspects of health.

More recently the discussion of how soy can help boost decreasing levels of oestrogen, which cause the unpleasant symptoms of the menopause, such as hot flushes, weight gain and mood swings, has come under the spotlight.
Member of the Woman's Nutritional Advisory Service, Maryon Stewart and Saffron Whitehead, Reader in Reproductive Physiology at St George's Hospital Medical School, London join Jenni to discuss soy as an alternative therapy.
Beat the Menopause without HRT IS published by Headline Paperback, June 1997. Cruising Through the Menopause, published by Vermilion Paperback, 4 May 200. Both are written by Maryon Stewart.
