It has been known for some time now that there is a connection between HRT and some breast cancers.

Now part of a research programme on long term effects being carried out on some sixteen thousand women in the United States has been stopped because of their findings on breast cancer, heart disease and stroke risks.
Jenni talks to Malcolm Whitehead, Director of the Menopause Clinic at Kings College Hospital in London about where this leaves us now.
