Parking
While there is no dedicated car park for the museum, there are Dundee City Council owned car parks across the city.

Public parking is available on South Crichton Street, directly adjacent to the museum on the Tay Road Bridge side. This offers nine parking spaces and a further six dedicated access spaces for Blue Badge holders. This area can also be used as a ‘drop off’ and ‘pick up’ point for visitors to the museum.

Other nearby council car parks include Discovery Point and Slessor Gardens.

Dundee City Council’s website provides more information on parking around the city.

Blue Badge holders can park free of charge and without time limit in any Dundee City Council car park or on-street parking bay, including disabled parking bays outside the museum.

The museum is wheelchair accessible and lifts are available to all floors.

If you require any adjustments to help with accessibility please check our FAQ for more information about how we can assist.
