Nikhil
Oberoi (Arjun Rampal) is a businessman married to Simar (Priyanka
Chopra). They have a happy marriage but there's also a lack of intimacy
in their relationship.

Soon,
life takes a sudden turn for the worse when their car plummets down
a hillside in an accident.
Nikhil
is badly injured and his condition very critical. Simar, on the
other hand escapes totally unscathed.
Initially,
Nikhil relies totally on his wife due to his serious injuries, which
almost inevitably brings them closer together.
But
as the days go by, he becomes confused as contrasting memories flash
through his dreams. Gradually this becomes a terrifying experience.
His
mental trauma increases when he starts questioning his wife's fidelity.
Hiring
a private investigator, Nikhil embarks on a dangerous journey, determined
to uncover the truth about his wife.
Delving
deeper into an unpredictable maze, he is confronted with more and
more unpleasant truths.
Life
for Nikhil and Simar becomes complicated. Once again the couple
become distant within their relationship.
So
where does Nikhil's suspicious mind take him? Will Simar be able
to convince him that he is the only man in her life?
