This
film is an all out comedy. The film takes a hilarious look at marriage
and why men and women are different when it comes to marriage.
Rahul
Bose (Siddharth, Sid) is a disc jockey with dreams of making it big, one day.
Sid
is a bachelor but he has his sister and brother-in-law living close by, who is
willing to emotionally support him. He
shares an apartment with a sexually crazy, friend Nanu (Ranvir Shorey). During
a wedding celebration in Delhi, Sid encounters Trisha, the bride, who is in the
process of running away. Few
months later, the two meet again. Initially they become friends and as time goes
by, they fall in love. Both of them don't want marriage and so start living together. Three
years down the line, realising that she is truly in love with him, Trisha proposes
to Sid. But Sid is not ready to commit to marriage and that is when trouble erupts
in their relationship. As
a result, they split up but they find it difficult to get over their affair. While
Trisha decides to get married to her family friend and businessman, Vivek (Jas
Arora), Sid tries dating a music video girl, Tanya. But
things don't work out making then both realise that they love each other. The
film is full of funny situations and contains some very intelligent and witty
dialogues. Of
the cast, Rahul Bose is brilliant, as the harassed lover, while Mallika Sherawat
is very convincing. The rest of the cast too, lends admirable support. Music
is average. The story, screenplay and dialogues keep the viewer riveted to the
screen. A
good adult comedy which will keep you in splits throughout. Reviewed
