A set
of three rare diamonds almost ruined the career of Divya Gupta in
2005.
This
set of three have travelled around the world over the past few centuries-
sometimes as a set, sometimes as single stones.
Two
of them surfaced in 1986 and were promptly acquired by the South
African mafia gang headed by Francis Augustine D'Mello. This
man desperately needs the third to complete the set.
So,
the responsibility for its retrieval goes to D'Mello's most trusted
man, Vikram Singh Goyal, commonly known as The Mint.
When
Sanjeev Khanna's 79 year old father died, he had no idea that all
hell would break loose. His lawyer told him a short story.
A story
about how the missing third diamond was always with his father.
Being
an honest citizen, Sanjeev handed over the diamond to the Indian
authorities.
But
for a wild bunch of people, based in South Africa and India, the
story had just begun聟
Divya
Gupta is the head of security at the Indian embassy in Cape Town
and responsible for the safety of the diamond.
Her
job is to transport the diamond safely to the airport. From here,
it would be on its way to New Delhi.
But
unknown to Divya, her boyfriend, Ajay, is a conman who has hidden
his profession from the very woman he loves and lives with.
Ajay's
current assignment is to rob a convoy that is on it's way to the
airport. But unknown to him, this very convoy is headed by his girlfriend.
Further
complications ensue when Ajay ends up with two men who decide to
help him with his robbery.
But
at the last minute their plan goes haywire leaving the three characters
to recover their steps to conceal their true identities!
And
so begins a cat and mouse chase with high speed action sequences
to catch the real culprit (The Mint) and become heroes in the eyes
of their girlfriends.
