Ranvir,
the elder of the two, is a very shrewd and aggressive businessman. Rajiv on the
other hand, is very laid back and a chronic alcoholic. Sophia
(Katrina Kaif) is Ranvir's personal secretary who is in love with him but is unable
to reveal her feelings whilst Ranvir is having a relationship with upcoming model
Shaina (Bipasha Basu). Shaina
loves Ranvir but through a twist of fate gets married to his younger brother Rajiv.
When she discovers Rajiv's alcoholic habits, she feels betrayed and her world
is shattered. Ranvir
too is disturbed, as he had sacrificed his love for Shaina to make his younger
brother happy. Rajiv
vows to give up alcohol if he gets married to Shaina. But after marriage, Rajiv
breaks all his promises. In
a moment of weakness, Ranvir and Shaina become very close to each other, and an
elicit affair evolves. When
the younger brother starts suspecting his wife all hell breaks loose. A
murder is committed, a contract killing is issued, double crossings become the
order of the day and betrayals are executed at the blink of an eye. Flamboyant
police detective, R.D. (Anil Kapoor) and his assistant, Mini (Sameera Reddy) are
called upon to investigate the murder. As
their investigation gathers momentum, there comes a point where you cannot pick
the good from the bad, the evil from the righteous and the tame from the wild. The
film moves at a breakneck speed with unexpected twists and turns, making the climax
impossible to predict in this edge-of-the-seat sleek thriller from prolific directors
Abbas-Mustan. Predicted
to be this year's biggest whodunit, the film includes a huge star cast, featuring
Saif Ali Khan, Anil Kapoor, Akshaye Khanna, Bipasha Basu, Katrina Kaif and Sameera
Reddy. Shot
in Durban, the film has some very exciting action sequences with a mix of suspense,
intrigue, stunts and lavish production values. The
