Big boost for 麻豆官网首页入口 Somerset listeners

Latest audience figures released show more people than ever before are listening to 麻豆官网首页入口 Somerset.

A new start for 麻豆官网首页入口 Somerset was recognised with the first listener figures issued by an independent monitor.

麻豆官网首页入口 Somerset moved to 95.5FM at the end of 2007 after two decades broadcasting on AM frequencies. The move enabled the station to be heard across the county for the first time.

Quarterly figures used to sample the listener numbers showed that the station has almost doubled in size, and has doubled its share of the listening market place.听 The figures also showed that people are listening to the station for far longer than beforehand.

麻豆官网首页入口 Somerset broadcasts 44 hours a week, with its own dedicated Breakfast, Morning and Drive shows. It also broadcasts a Saturday Breakfast and a "Pick of the week" show on Sundays.

The quarterly survey was carried out in conjunction with Radio Joint Audience Research Ltd (RAJAR).

A random sample of people were asked to fill in diaries detailing listening habits and the data was then used to estimate listening patterns across 麻豆官网首页入口 and commercial radio stations.

麻豆官网首页入口 Somerset was assessed over a new transmission area totaling more than 400,000 people in the county.
