Work to end of row 48. Cast off 11 stitches at beginning of next 2 rows. Cast off remaining 21 stitches. Left front Cast on 25 stitches on 3mm needles. Work 6 rows in moss stitch then change to 3录 mm needles. Work 20 rows in stocking stitch with moss stitch border ie row 1: knit to last 4 stitches, p1, k1, p1, k1 row 2: k1, p1, k1, purl to end. Repeat rows 1 and 2 to required length. Mark armhole edge at end of row 20. Decrease one stitch on right side rows at neck edge inside moss stitch border, until 15 stitches remain. Work straight, as before to end row 48. Cast off except for 4 moss stitch border. Work 21 rows on these 4 stitches. Cast off. Right front Cast on 25 stitches on 3mm needles. Work 2 rows in moss stitch. On 3rd row make a buttonhole thus: k1, p1, yarn round needle, p2 tog., moss stitch to end. Work 3 more rows in moss stitch. Change to 3录 mm needles. Work 20 rows in stocking stitch with moss stitch border i.e. Row 1: k1, p1, k1, p1 knit to endRow 2: Purl to last 3 sts k1, p1, k1 Repeat rows 1 and 2 to required length making buttonholes in moss stitch border, as before, on rows 7 and 17. Mark armhole edge at end of row 20. Decrease one stitch at neck edge, just inside moss stitch border, on right side rows until 15 stitches remain. Work straight as before to end row 49. Cast off except for moss stitch border. Work 21 rows on these 4 sts. Cast off. Sleeves (knit two) Cast on 37 stitches on 3mm needles and work 6 rows in moss stitch. Change to 3录 mm needles and stocking stitch. Increase at beginning and end of 5th and then every 6th row to 47 stitches (ie end of row 29). Work to end of row 34. Cast off fairly loosely. To make up Join shoulder seams. Stitch ends of moss stitch borders together. Stitch border across top of back. Attach tops of sleeves between markings. Stitch side and sleeve seams.
