Bang Bang sauce:

6 tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter
a good tablespoon of soya sauce
1 tablespoon of chilli sauce
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil

1 - Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.

Smoked Chicken:

2 pieces of smoked chicken / chicken breast
mixed salad leafs
strips of carrot, spring onion and cucumber

1 - Place leaf salad into a bowl.

Smoked chicken bang bang salad

2 - Cut smoked chicken pieces into strips and place over the salad.

3 - Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the strips of smoked chicken and serve.
