Commentators Johnny and Jasmine join the teams in the arena to learn the rules and skills of the game Dodge Zone.

Pupils can then test their own ability, by playing along with the interactive sections of the film; where balls appear to fly out of the screen towards the children.

They need to dodge left, right, duck, jump and lean back to avoid being hit.

The quicker they are able to react, the better chance they have of not being hit.

You could set up your own 鈥楧odge Zone鈥 in the classroom, school hall or playground.

Start by practicing the skills outlined in the film, before splitting the class into two teams for a game.

Key curriculum skills include throwing, catching, agility, reaction time, responding to changing stimuli, understanding and applying basic team tactics of attacking and defending, competitive element.
