Teacher Notes

After watching the clip, you could ask students to research the density of different gases and compare them to the density of the atmosphere at sea level.

Ask them to predict what would happen to a balloon filled with each of these gases.

Searching online will allow you to find clips of model boats made from aluminium foil floating in a tank full of sulfur hexafluoride.
