PSHE KS1 / KS2: Moodboosters - Recharge

This page features a collection of Moodboosters videos and resources designed to help pupils to recharge. These movement-based classroom activities can help pupils become aware of the importance of self-care and taking a break, whilst building resilience and recognising what makes them special. Being able to recognise when we need to slow down, or take some time to stop, can help us to achieve calm and feel better. Rest is important for our bodies to grow strong and flourish and can help us to stay healthy and well.
