Peggy compares facilities for the disabled in Cardiff to those back home in Ghana.

Ghanaian Journalist, Peggy Donkor, is here studying with the Thomson Foundation. Peggy was disabled by polio as a child. She has been impressed by the facilities here for disabled people - especially on public transport. She's not so impressed by her Cardiff University hall of residence where she has to struggle up stairs.
