The financial crisis isn't only hitting the private sector. As some police forces struggle with budget shortfalls, Eye on Wales explores the impact on the communities they serve.

Police station closures are on the cards for South Wales Police and also for Gwent Police as chief constables consider a range of cutbacks.
South Wales Police have already withdrawn cover for motorway policing, with the Wales Assembly Government picking up the tab for a trial scheme of civilian traffic officers to do the job instead.
And from August, the force will begin charging for policing the 140-plus major events - including stadium concerts and large sporting events - on its patch each year.
The programme hears from the chief constables of Gwent and South Wales - Mick Giannasi and Barbara Wilding - as they attempt to balance the books while keeping the public safe.
And it visits Whitchurch in Cardiff, where the local community has already seen the impact of the closure of its local police station, five years ago.
