In memory of the late Walter Todds, founder of Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Young Musician of the Year, a total bursary of £1000 will be allocated at the discretion of the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú to the performer or performers who show great promise but do not reach the Final.
