How to complain and appeal
If you are not happy with the way your complaint has been handled you can complain to the 麻豆官网首页入口 Executive about the way they have handled your complaint or to the 麻豆官网首页入口 Trust about the way the Trust Unit handled your complaint. You can also make a complaint to the Trust if you are dissatisfied with a decision taken by the Trust or one of its Committees, the conduct of one of the Trustees or a member of the Trust Unit.
