Jess: What are you eating?
Nazia: It's a cheese sandwich.
Filip: I'm eating spaghetti.
Jess: I'm eating soup鈥 What's the matter Nazia?
Nazia: I don't like this food. It's boring.
Jess: Imagine you could have any food鈥 What would you like?
Nazia: I would like鈥 some pizza, please鈥 and I would like some curry and a chapatti please鈥 Oh! And I would like a banana鈥 and some pineapple with chocolate ice cream, please!
Jess: Okay鈥 What would you like Filip?
Filip: Can I have spaghetti please?
Jess: You already have spaghetti.
Filip: Yes.
Jess: But would you like anything else?
Filip: Ah! Can I have kotlet schabowy please?
Jess: What's that?
Filip: It's Polish food. It鈥檚 pork 鈥 from a pig with potatoes and beetroot. Mmm I love it!
Nazia: Ah. I don鈥檛 eat pork鈥 but I do eat potatoes! What would you like Jess?
Jess: I would like vegetarian shepherd's pie please.
Filip: What does vegetarian mean?
Jess: It means without meat. Vegetarian shepherd's pie is made from mashed potatoes, and tomatoes, and lentils, and onions. It's really nice! We're eating it tonight at my house鈥 Would you like to come?
Filip: Yes please.
Nazia: Will there be chocolate ice cream!?
Jess: Probably not鈥 But there might be some pineapple!
Nazia: Aw 鈥 thanks, Jess!
