Recently, my colleague Adam Powers shared an explanation of what the User Experience & Design teams do here at the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú.

In the same spirit I thought readers of this blog might appreciate a deeper look into the methodologies our Usability & Accessibility team use to keep all of our UX&D teams informed and connected with the contexts, needs, and preferences of all of our audiences.

So here's a - the Managing Director of User Vision (one of the Preferred External Suppliers for Usability & Accessibility research and testing that we regularly work with) - from the at Earls Court earlier this year.

I hope this gives a useful insight into the work we do to ensure Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Online, Mobile and Red Button sites and services are usable and accessible to all our audiences.

Please let us know if you find articles like this interesting, and if there are places you'd like us to share in more detail in the future.
