Timbaland ft Justin Timberlake & Nelly Furtado - 'Give It To Me'

TimbalandSome people trouble themselves with Hegelian dialectics, others with the concept of freedom. Me, I'm most concerned with what happens to me every time Timbaland releases a record, especially if it's got a whiff of Furtado and Timberlake on it. Whatever it is, it is VERY RUDE.

First time I was made aware of this song, I listened to it solidly from 11am to 6pm with NO BREAKS. Now, guessing that the song is about two and a half minutes long (ooh er... sorry) that means that I probably listened to it about one-hundred and sixty times.
Frankly, by the end of it, I was SPENT.

What strange alchemy is this? Does anyone else feel it? Is it the beats? Is it the tense-bit-in-a-political/hospital-drama melody? It's not the slightly embarrassing lyrics. But whatever it is, it climaxes (*blush*) in the kick-in to the chorus. Maybe it's wrong to try to deconstruct the magic. Take these five-stars and let me have a lie down.

Five starsReleased: April 9th
