Morning bloggers! Thank goodness its Friday - have been fighting the lurgy all week and feeling totally rubbish - glands up in throat, bunged up nose, runny nose, head aches, sort throats et al..all while trying to maintain a normal life!!! Anyway its the weekend so a chance for some relaxation and recuperation and a dozen lemsip! (other cold and flu medication is available)..What week of odd televisual happenings...Shitake, a mad Sian Lloyd ruining Aleds moment and a link up between tv and life...

And Rach and I are still trying to get on tv - any suggestions of programmes we can try??? Its harder for us now that the Weakest Links been done, Ready Steady Cook, Richard and Judy - Top Gear for Chris on Sunday remember....Dave Dom Chris and Aled have all managed it...hhhhmmmmm

Dom's shitake moment was tv gold - he swears he hadn't been on the white wine but I reckons that a pile of poo!
A newsreader obsessed with mushrooms thats a first! Totally stole the show tho and I voted for him - Red Tomatos all the way!! Chris likened to Pavarotti, Bill Cosby and Nathan Lane on Richard and Judy another class moment...and Sian Lloyd was on a mission..clearly she was feeling a bit cheeky (excuse the pun)..

Anyway weirdly in a life imitating art moment - my other half told me he had conjunctivitis this morning..Brilliant! The most infectious thing in the world...gunky eyes all round if I remember rightly!! Told him he can't come anywhere near me!!! BUT as I was telling Dom - Bill from Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Breakfast started itching his eye...then we flicked to ITV and there was William Shatner alias Captain Kirk rubbing both his eyes!!! Its spreading already through the television!! WEIRD....still not as good as Jesus in a towel...

Looking forward to seeing Top Gear this weekend love it - Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú 2 8pm...Lots of sleep for me to be lurgy free for the rallyoke!!! 82125!!!

Lemsip is rubbish. It lasts as long as you're drinking it. Get yourself some Sudafed. I've done gigs - 2x45 minute sets of screaming - choc full of cold on that stuff. It dries you right out.
