How to listen? 鈥 The easiest way to listen to our online show is to listen on your computer. From the homepage click on 鈥Listen / Podcast鈥 on the left, then click on 鈥Podcast鈥, Chris鈥 face, then 鈥Download the MP3 Podcast鈥 and finally a button called 鈥渄ownload鈥 (no, it鈥檚 not easy 鈥 but we鈥檙e working on that!)
If you have one of those cool mp3 players (like Creative Zen or iPods) or phones (like Nokia N91 / N95 or Sony Ericsson W800i phones) you can go to a music download site (like iTunes ) and 鈥渟ubscribe鈥 FOR FREE! That means you will always get the new one when they鈥檙e released!

Hi, I'd love to post comments on the blog but I'm always in the car when you ask me to - as a man i can't yet drive, type into my pc and shave, so is there anyway you could allow me to phone into your blog? It should get more of us blogging and give us frustrated commuters something to do as we sit in traffic - legally of course!
