Here's what the team are doing this weekend
Chris is having a rest before taking part in Gordon Ramsay's Cookalong (tonight at 9 on Channel 4 - and Louis is invited)
Dave is having a quiet Friday and then watching Chris on Channel 4
Dom has no plans other than watching TV
Rach is going home to clean the flat - as Rach' mum and dad are arriving and they're going to see Strictly Come Dancing tomorrow!
Carrie is going to spend some quality time with her husband up North
Aled is doing the Surgery which this week is all about careers!
