What the team are doing today
Sorry it's late - we've been at the rugby you see!
Vernon - will be doing a voiceover for his website and will then be playing rugby. Later on, he'll be having a hot bath and a kip
Dave - will be playing rugby with his chums and will then celebrate a successful week with a takeaway
Aled - will be playing rugby and then preparing for this week's Surgery which is a Comic Relief special!
Dom - will be having a sporty day! He will be playing rugby and then going home to take his son to football
Carrie - will be playing rugby and then getting a rub down from her husband
