Chris is wondering whether he should go home and sleep before his long day of TV filming with John Barrowman or go for a run instead.
Dave has to clean the shower by taking the hair out of the plug
Dom is interviewing a Hollywood A List star and then doing an OddBox before going home
Carrie is finishing off the painting (today it's cupboards) and then she's having an early night
Rachel is doing more wedding organising tonight
Aled is having a run, seeing his trainer tonight and then watching DIY SOS while tweeting :) (if you want to join in the username is 'ahj')
