Chris - will be updating how long he's been running for on Twitter today, then tonight he's at Abbey Road studios recording more stuff for the parody album
Dave - will be going for a little afternoon nap then he's going to the doctors for his sore throat
Dom - will be presenting Newsbeat at 12.45 then he'll be overseeing a new driveway
Carrie - is having a fairly quiet day, recovering from Rachel's wedding and catching up on Strictly Come Dancing on the iPlayer
Aled - will be sleeping
