It's the Weeeeeeeeeekend!
Chris is going home today for a long long run, he's then heading up to Bolton to see Mr Vernon Kay. He'll be joining Vernon on his show tomorrow morning at the Pheonix Club.
Dave is going to enjoy having a nice quiet weekend at home (for a change).
Carrie is going to interview English Cricket Captain Andrew Strauss and then she's off to Darlington
Dom is going to his cousin Katie's wedding and then recovering for the rest of the weekend!
Aled is spending the weekend travelling, a bit of DJing in Scotland, attending Mental Health day in Swansea for Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Headroom and promoting his bullying TV documentary in Wales for Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú2 Wales.
