Chris - is off sick today, so we hope he's better for tomorrow's show!
Vernon - is having a kip and may be visiting an indoor activity centre with his daughter Phoebe
Dave - is driving a new Aston Martin at a racetrack with Jason Plato
Aled - has some record company appointments this morning, then he's off to the gym and then he's having a long sleep
Sam - will be doing some work, then hopefully continuing the DIY marathon started this weekend.... only 2 walls to go...
Matt - will be getting some after sun for his sunburn from canoeing, then tonight he'll be watching the last ever episode of The Bill *sob*
Dom - is presenting the lunchtime edition of Newsbeat and then he's generally relaxing
Tina - is continuing to unpack the boxes from moving house
