By Jove, it's the weekend!
Chris - is going to the gym and then getting measured to see if the 8 training sessions, no alcohol and good eating has made a difference to his weight. If the results are good - he'll be going out drinking tonight to celebrate
Aled - will be sleeping throughout the day, DJ'ing in London tonight and then doing the final Relationships Special on the Surgery this Sunday night in front of a live theatre audience
Dave - is spending the weekend at the gym
Tina - is putting up Christmas tree decorations and doing some Christmas shopping
Dom - going to fancy dress party tonight and putting his tree up
Matt - is also doing some Christmas shopping and then tomorrow night he's going out for an old school friend's birthday in Bury St Edmunds
Sam - is taking the day off
