Chris - will be watching his TV show tonight on Channel 4, then he has a weekend of relaxing so he's fresh for Monday
Dave - is taking Nicole to ballet and then he's heading to the West Country for a lads' weekend
Freya - is going to see the film 'Bridesmaids' with her bridesmaids
Matt - is having a booze-free night in tonight when he's practicing his DJ'ing, then tomorrow it's his friend's birthday and on Sunday he'll be hanging out with a friend
Dom - is going bowling with his 8 year old son Finn, watching
Tina - is presenting 60 Seconds tonight on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú3 and then she's going to Lovebox this weekend
Aled - with three weeks to go before his holiday, he's off to the gym again, then he's finishing his Harry Potter marathon so he can see the new movie and then he's DJing at a university tomorrow night
