Chris - is recording another edition of his TV show today and then this weekend he's catching up on lots of sleep, whilst also not drinking
Dave - is having a little kip, then he's going to ballet and then he's going to Grandma's house
Dom - is recovering from going up 13,000 feet in a very small plane yesterday, then he'll be recording a voiceover after the show, then it's his kids' sports day
Tina - is going to see Take That tonight and then she's going to see the David Haye fight tomorrow
Aled - will be recovering from today's spider challenge and then he's going to see Take That tonight
Freya - is going to a posh party with her Dad then Wireless Festival with some girlfriends over the weekend.
Matt - is cooking for someone tonight and then tomorrow he's also going to Wireless festival to see The Chemical Brothers and Chase & Status, amongst others
