You’ll probably have to spend a few seconds explaining the concept of a ‘virtual world’ at the start, as not everyone has yet come across the term or concept.

This title also helps to exclude digital photography, digital TV etc. I’d agree that the past 20yrs has seen a revolution, so ‘Virtual Revolution’ works as a title for me.

Congratulations on coming to the end of the name-choosing process. Does the use of the word "virtual" imply that none of it is actually real and/or worthwhile? Or does it mean that we are all trapped in a Matrix-like simulacrum of reality and that everyone is in fact a meat-based power source? ;)

I look forward to watching the series. It promises to be entertaining, informative and thought-provoking - let's hope it proves to be an important documentary that bored teenagers of the distant future will reluctantly download to their cranial implants when set homework on The Warming Ages.

The preview of this series was awesome. I really cannot wait to see this series in the US. Again, the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú is producing thought provoking and forward thinking information that makes us all examine the world with a new understanding.

Any idea when / if this series will come to Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú America? I'd love to see it, but would rather not have to wait for it to come out on DVD...

The series looks like it will be excellent (at least, this is my expectation, based on the well made preview), but shouldn't a series entitling itself "the virtual revolution" be available for streaming online (not just transmitted 'old tech' style over TV channels)?

Taking that a step further, with the existence of the world-wide web, which is heralded by the series, shouldn't the series be available 'world-wide' too?

I know there is always the excuse that rights issues make this difficult, or that license payers finance the production but these could easily be overcome if media owners were innovative (online viewers would happily pay for quality content made available to them, so rights could be structured to capitalise on this opportunity).

I watched the first programme. You left out Ted Nelson, crediting Tim Berners-Lee with most of what Nelson achieved achieved instead! Was he too early or too awkward?
