Mumzy Stranger has always been a contender. Of that there is no doubt. I remember watching him at the UK Asian Music Awards 2009 (his 1st big performance) and was really impressed by his live voice.

The Friction show is about many things, and there are many things that make up the Friction show.Ìý Of course music, and a complete love of it is the mantra I often repeat on air when talking about why we broadcast, and a multi-genre approach means the show is a veritable rainbow of sounds and audio...but if there was one thing that defines what the show is all about it would have to be Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Introducing.Ìý The home of new music, unsigned artists and under the radar music across the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú can be found on most Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú networks as either features or full-on shows and on the Asian Network it manifests itself on my show every single night as 'Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Introducing on Friction'.
