Margaret Thatcher, on reshuffling the Cabinet:

People expect a new look."Rumours of a Cabinet reshuffle at County Hall have been fuelled by the scheduling of an "extraordinary Cabinet meeting" on 18th May, the day after the Council's annual meeting. The Council's Conservative group meets this afternoon. My guess is that any talk of a challenge to the leadership of Alec Robertson will have evaporated by tea-time.
