It's not just local councils which like to let their hair down at awards ceremonies. Congratulations to Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Radio Cornwall's Laurence Reed, on yet again being shortlisted at the for his lunchtime phone-in. Laurence has won this award so many times that they really ought to create a separate "not-counting-Laurence" category for everyone else. Modesty prevents me drawing too much attention to the shortlist for radio journalist of the year.
