A rare sighting. I've just seen Gordon Brown walking through Portcullis House here at Westminster.

    OF COURSE HE IS

Conservative Central Office delivered to - at least - 16 constituencies, an election flyer saying (verbatim) "CONSERVATIVES MUST WIN HERE TO STOP ANOTHER 5 YEARS OF GORDON BROWN". Coalition is not a win.

Hail James Brown (he that is known as Gordon). Perhaps he will have a reunion with Mandy and Tony at Granita?

y'know i almost miss his buffoonery from the political landscape.

no surprise he has started to stalk the halls of power once more, he is probably alreay making a pitch as labours elder statesman with a view to returning to downing street within the next 20 years.

    i kid you not

    Portcullis House...how fitting.

When commissioned in 1992 the cost of Portcullis House was to be £165m. After building cost inflation and delays, the price increased to £235m. Costs included £150,000 for decorative fig trees, £2m for electric blinds and, for each MP, a reclining chair at £440.

'My guiding rule is that in any story there's usually something the politicians would prefer the world not to know.

Of course, in some instances, there are stories about certain politicians that, I suspect, outside certain frothing bubbles, the world would really like to forget.

    Who is Gordon Brown?

Is this a name or a job description?

This comment was removed because the moderators found it broke the house rules. Explain.
