Warwickshire born Ready Steady Cook chef Tony Tobin was the star of the Coventry Food. This year he was joined by Coventry's latest food celebrity and Sky winner of a recent television 'Pot Idol' competition, Jamie Williams.
It is the fifth time that the festival has taken place in the city.
Two chefs - a festival first

For the first time this year the festival played host to two celebrity chefs, both of whom trained in Coventry and Warwickshire Colleges.
Tony Tobin, who was brought up in the Warwickshire Village of Priors Marston and attended Trinity School in Leamington, trained at Stratford College. He graduated to the Grosvenor Hotel in Chester and then moved on to London's Capital Hotel.
He started his TV career in 1991 with an appearance on Granada TV's This Morning and has since featured regularly on Ready Steady Cook and Can't Cook Won't Cook, with guest appearances on shows from 麻豆官网首页入口's Food and Drink to The Generation Game.

Jamie Williams studied at Henley College in Coventry and went on to win Sky One's Pot Idols competition. He works at Linos Restaurant in the city and has a regular food column in the Coventry Evening Telegraph.
Both chefs demonstrated their culinary skills during demonstrations in the event.

Williams and Tobin joined last year's Coventry Chef of the Year winner, Paul Hume to judge two live competitions.
They judged the Coventry Chef of the Year competition, where top chefs from local restaurants battled it out for the title.

Competing to be Chef of the Year will be Philip Kiernan from Lino's, Scott Pemberton from The Old Mill, David McConnell from the Coventry Hill Hotel, Jean-Michael Dupin from Stonebridge Manor, Adam Brown from the Gallery and Bert Wauters from the Novotel.
The judges also judged the College Team Chef of the Year competition where colleges from Coventry, North Warwickshire and Stratford battled against each other to create the best dish.
Coventry Chef of the year was won by Philip Kieran.
College Chef Team of the Year was won by Lloyd Roper and Kieran Hammond from Henley College.
Event Executive Karen Aspin said, "For anyone interested in food and looking for hints and tips as well as a chance to see top chefs in action, the festival's a must."
There was also live vegetarian cookery demonstrations from Coventry and Warwickshire Food and Drink Award winners The National Herb Centre.
