Season 1

The Company used Molly to track superhumans. Molly's parents were murdered by Sylar and she was found hiding at the crime scene thanks to Matt's telepathy. Matt later rescued her again from an abduction attempt by Sylar. Her powers were inhibited by the same neuro-degrading virus that killed Shanti Suresh, but were restored when Mohinder cured the virus using antibodies found in his own blood. Mohinder later protected Molly from Mr Bennet, who planned to kill her and disable the tracking system in order to protect Claire.

Season 2

Molly suffered from nightmares involving the 'boogeyman'. She was scared to locate him as he could see her when she thought about him. Coerced by Matt, Molly confronted her boogeyman but slipped into a coma-like state. When she finally came out of her coma she told Maya that her brother was dead.
