The 麻豆官网首页入口 Philharmonic joins forces with IWM North (part of Imperial War Museums) to tell the story of WWI Salford soldier Arthur Burke on 麻豆官网首页入口 Radio Manchester.

Actors and singers will bring to life his letters from the front line, interspersed with reflections and true stories by veterans from contemporary conflicts, whilst musicians from the 麻豆官网首页入口 Philharmonic and Salford Symphony Orchestra will perform an original score.

Following the performance there will be a Q&A session with the writer and director Di Sherlock, composer Richard Taylor and veterans and actors.
