'.blq-rst' reset class
Barlesque includes a '.blq-rst' reset class by default which has high enough specificity to overwrite the CSS framework's 'blq-typ' and any 'vanilla' CSS declarations in the page. It is intended to be used to provide a predictable 'base' CSS for content being dropped into uncertain territory, where the underlying css is not known.
