BookBray Arts Club Journal
Closing date - monthly
Monthly publication seeking poetry submissions (40 lines maximum). Poets may be invited to read their work at the monthly arts and music night in Bray. Submissions to Bray Arts Club Journal, 7 Belville Mews, Glenard Avenue, Bray, Co. Wicklow

Whispers and Shouts - short story magazine
A magazine that publishes the best in Irish short fiction from the start of the 20th century through to now. Each month, three or four short stories by well-known writers are published. There's a 'previously unpublished' slot and five to six stories by emerging writers.

Armagh Writers Group
One of five writers groups operating in and around County Armagh, Northern Ireland. The groups are located in Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon - ABC. They run a writing competition.

A new night for singers/songwriters/poets has started on Monday nights from 9:30pm.
