14 of the nation’s top chefs are battling it out in the ultimate cookery contest. Two top chefs from each region will be competing head to head to win the chance to cook at a fantastic four course banquet hosted by the British Ambassador to France. The banquet will be held at the magnificent Embassy in Paris, which has a proud reputation for championing the best of British.
Last year’s finalist for the North Marcus Wareing is defending his title against Mark Broadbent. In this edition our chefs dish up their desserts.
