Carol Klein presents a series which follows people's attempts to have their gardens accepted into the demanding National Gardens Scheme. Bramble Hayes is a sunny, south-facing seaside garden on the Devon coast, full of summer flowers, swing seats and water features. Three borders need to be planted in Feng Shui colours, and Carol advises on black plants. The Brodder needs a new area designing that will replace an ugly shed.
