He has promoted many of the biggest acts of the last 40 years: the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, and Live Aid. He and Bob Geldof organised the first live rock concert which saw the world's most popular musicians fundraising for the world's poorest people. But the music business is changing fast. Can Harvey Goldsmith keep up?
