Consumer news with Winifred Robinson. The Government is due to publish the results of a review into reducing absence through sickness from work. It says it is costing the UK economy 拢100 billion every year. We hear from the UK Rehabilitation Council, who welcome the review, but say employers must do far more to help employees to get back to work.

And local authorities are concerned about the Treasury's plans for new 5p and 10p coins which are to be introduced in January - the new coins made from steel as opposed to the more expensive copper will not
be suitable for existing parking machines. We examine the impact.
