However, they want to completely reconfigure the empty bungalow and could do with some inspiration before they call the builders in. Joe takes them to see a remodelled bungalow with a spectacular view, whose owners have plenty of helpful tips for them.

There is also a look at the impressive work of a local authority in Lancashire who are reviving a community that, until recently, was cursed with whole streets of abandoned homes. The programme also follows one of the UK's empty property officers.
