To commemorate Remembrance Sunday, Gethin Jones is in Afghanistan with a special edition of the programme that pays tribute to British troops, both past and present.
To commemorate Remembrance Sunday, Gethin Jones is in Afghanistan reflecting upon the duty and dedication of the troops currently serving on the frontline and sharing the heroic war stories from individuals who have fought in previous conflicts.
This special edition of Remembrance Week features the most extraordinary stories from the week's series, including the remarkable story of Gena Turgel, who not only survived three concentration camps during the Holocaust, but also emerged from a gas chamber at Auschwitz alive.
Plus the story of former Royal Marine Ben McBean, who in the past four years has conquered Everest, run the marathon twice and completed the Three Peaks Challenge - all since sustaining life changing injuries in Afghanistan.
