Anuna

础苍煤苍补 was formed in 1987 by Michael McGlynn who writes and arranges the material for the group. 础苍煤苍补 sing unaccompanied and without conductor, with between twelve and fourteen singers in any performance.

Much of the group's repertoire explores the relationship between traditional choral ideas in combination with the musical heritage of Ireland. The choir's name, originally An Uaithne, derives from the collective term for the three ancient types of Irish music, Suantra铆 (lullaby), Geantra铆 (happy song) and Goltra铆 (lament). 础苍煤苍补 have released sixteen albums since 1991 and their albums have featured in various charts all over the world.

Belfast Community Gospel Choir

They have been singing together since 2009 when Marie Lacey鈥檚 听great passion for gospel and soul music led her to establish a community gospel choir. Following decades of violence, division and political upheaval in Northern Ireland Marie aspires to perform music that carries the message of love, joy and peace and to promote a positive image of where they live.
