About Punjabi Junction
Punjabi Junction began as Punjab鈥檔 De Rasoi, meaning home cooked from the Punjab and the caf茅 opened in Edinburgh on 7th March 2010.

The women who use the services at the caf茅 get training and are employed at the caf茅, and gain experience and confidence outside their homes.

They make home cooked Punjab dishes, slightly different to the commercial Punjab cooking found in some restaurants.
About Fiona Cairns
Trained as both a graphic designer and a pastry chef, Fiona bakes cakes that are both beautiful and delicious.
Fiona鈥檚 husband Kishore suggested she market them and so Fiona opened her first business.
听
Their first order was for the Conran shop, and after a barn was converted into a bakery in Fiona and Kishore鈥檚 garden, a small team of bakers and decorators met orders from Harrods, Selfridges and Fortnum and Mason.
